THE SPACE
Step into Casa de Kona Villa’s 1,200-sq-ft main home (Casita) effortlessly via keyless entry and take in the serene, beach-themed living room. Relax on comfy furniture as the ceiling fan circulates air cooled by air-conditioning (one of the rare homes in the area to offer AC). In the cooler months, enjoy the toasty warmth of the electric fireplace. Watch your favorite shows and sports on the 55” TCL Roku smart TV that streams Hulu with Disney Plus, and ESPN, using your own log-ins.

The open-concept floorplan means you are just steps away from the Casita kitchen, where you can prep and cook your favorite recipes in the fully equipped kitchen with full-size stainless-steel fridge with icemaker, chef-preferred gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, Cuisinart and Keurig coffeemakers, French Press, toaster, waffle iron, blender, hand mixer, InstaPot, rice cooker, electric can opener, and crockpot. Everything you need is here, including full set of ninja pots and pans, pizza pans, cookware, chef’s knives, stock pots, cooking utensils, glassware for wine, as well as kids plastic forks, spoons, bowls, and plates. You’ll find several venues for dining al fresco – the table with seating for six on the Sun Deck, patio table for eight with umbrella by the outdoor kitchen, and high-top dining table for six in the great room, an outdoor covered entertainment/living-room area.
